How do I delete my artist profile?
You can ask to have your artist profile removed from artfromukraine at any time. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to request removal
Write to us at [email protected] or via the chat, from the email address we usually use to contact you.
Tell us your name and that you would like your artist profile removed.
We’ll confirm that we have received your request.
What happens next?
We remove your profile and all your artworks from the website within 7 business days.
We’ll let you know by email once your profile has been removed.
What about artworks that have already been sold?
Orders that were confirmed before your profile is removed must still be completed. This means you still pack and ship those artworks as usual.
You will of course still receive your 70% share for these sales. It’s paid as usual, after the buyer has received the artwork and the 14-day return period has passed.
