How do I upload paintings?
As an artist on artfromukraine, you upload your paintings yourself using Sapera Synctool, our upload tool for artists. Once uploaded and approved, your paintings appear on artfromukraine.
Before you start
You need to be accepted as an artist on artfromukraine. When you join, we send you your personal login details for Sapera Synctool. Haven’t received them? Contact us in the chat.
How it works
Log in to Sapera Synctool with the login details you received from us.
Add your painting with photos and information such as title, size, medium, year and price. Prices must be entered in euro (€).
Submit it. Your painting is transferred to artfromukraine.
We review your painting. Once it’s approved, it appears on the website.

Tips for great photos
Good photos sell paintings. Buyers can’t see your work in person, so the photos need to show it as it really is.
Photograph in daylight, with no flash and no reflections.
Shoot the painting straight on, so it isn’t skewed.
Crop away the background, so only the painting is visible.
Add a photo of the painting on a wall. It helps buyers picture the size.
Add a close-up of the details and texture.
Please remember
Only upload original works that you have created yourself. No copies or prints.
Make sure the size, medium and description are correct and that any defects are shown.
Only upload paintings that are still available for sale.
